Ingredients :

  1. Bar chocolate: 200 grams
  2. Honey milk: 200 grams
  3. Pistachios and hazelnuts: 100 grams
  4. Vanilla: 1 teaspoon

Preparation method:

Put the pistachios and almonds in a pan or on the bottom of an oven tray and let them be tested on a low flame or at a low temperature for 15 minutes, then chop them to the desired size and you can leave some for decoration.

Chop the chocolate with a knife and mash it by pouring it into a bowl and placing it on the steam of a boiling water kettle to melt it with the steam of the chocolates. Be careful that no water enters the chocolate or you can put it in the microwave with force. Put 100% for 1 minute to melt the chocolate.

Add honey milk and vanilla to the chocolate and stir until smooth, then add the tested hazelnuts and pistachios and stir to choose a square dish with the appropriate depth.

Drop the bottom of the dish or foil or greaseproof paper, then pour the chocolate paste into the dish and pour a little pistachio and hazelnut on the ingredients and press a little with a spatula so that the pistachio and hazelnut enter the chocolate a little. Then put the dish in the refrigerator for 4 hours to harden, then take it out and cut it to the desired size and decorate it and serve it with tea or coffee.
