- Eggs: 3 number
- Sugar: 200 grams
- Vanilla: One-eighth teaspoon
- Liquid oil: one and a quarter cup
- Milk: 1 cup
- Flour: 300 grams
- Cocoa powder: 3 tablespoons
- Baking powder: 2 teaspoons
- Salt: A little
- Summer fruits: to your taste
- Breakfast cream: 100 g
- Bitter or milk chocolate: 120 grams
First, beat the eggs with the sugar with a medium speed mixer until creamy and light, then add the vanilla and oil and continue stirring until well mixed. At this stage, turn off the mixer and continue working with the lychee.
Add the flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder mixture with the milk alternately to the mixture and stir. Be sure to sift the dry matter when adding. Pour the prepared cake ingredients into a pre-greased 28 cm diameter pie tin and place in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
Because the temperature of the ovens is different, be sure to test the cake with a toothpick for 30 minutes, and if the ingredients do not stick to the slice, finish baking. After baking, cool the cake on a wire rack for 10 minutes and then take it out of the mold and let it cool completely, then cover the cake with ganache and decorate with your favorite fruits.
How to prepare ganache:
Pour the cream into a suitable bowl and place on a low flame to heat, then add the chopped chocolate and remove from the flame and stir regularly until the chocolate melts and becomes smooth and even.
To add cocoa, take 3 tablespoons of flour.
You can make this cake in any mold you like, just be aware that if the diameter of the mold is smaller, you may need more time to bake.
Let the ganache and the cake cool down, then cover the cake with the ganache.
