Today we are going to teach you a delicious plant food called chili mushroom.
- Mushrooms: 500 g
- Chopped bell pepper: 1/2 cup
- Green chili pepper: 1 piece
- Chopped onion: 1/3 cup
- Chopped onion: 1 piece
- Chopped garlic: 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce: 1 teaspoon
- Chili sauce: 3/4 tablespoon
- Ketchup sauce: 3/4 tablespoon
- Pepper: 1/8 teaspoon
- Salt: As needed
- Water: 2 tablespoons
First, wash the mushrooms and dry them well with a towel. Then cut each of them into four pieces. Put a large pan on the flame and pour the oil into it to heat.
When the oil is hot, pour the chopped garlic into it and fry for a minute or two until it smells good. Now add the mushrooms with the green pepper to the pan (remove the pepper kernels and cut them vertically). Continue to fry for 2 minutes and then put the lid on the pan.
Add chopped peppers and chopped onions. Continue frying and turning the ingredients over until the bell peppers and mushrooms are cooked through.
Pour soy sauce, chili and ketchup on the ingredients with 2 tablespoons of water. Add the desired amount of salt and pepper and cook for another minute or two until the sauce thickens. Your mushroom chili is ready. Serve with pasta or rice.
