Chiffon Cake

Chiffon cake recipe is one of the most popular cake recipes around the world, which is prepared and served in the easiest way. You can use your favorite cream and fruits to decorate the cake and enjoy it with your friends and family.


  • Sifted pastry flour: 2 cups
  • White sugar: two and a half cups
  • Baking powder: 1 tablespoon
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil: 1/2 cup
  • Egg yolk: 7 pcs
  • Cold water: 3/4 cup
  • Vanilla extract: 2 teaspoons
  • Lemon extract: 1 teaspoon
  • Egg whites: 7 pcs
  • Tartar cream: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cream: To the extent necessary


Step 1: Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (165 degrees Celsius). Wash a 10-inch round cake tin with hot soapy water until completely oil-free.

Step 2: Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Pour into a mold and make a well. Add oil, egg yolk, water, vanilla, and lemon juice in the order given. Set aside and do not mix.

Step 3: In a large bowl, mix the egg whites and tartar cream well until stiff. Then set aside. Using the same blender, mix the egg yolk dough until smooth and light. Gradually pour the egg whites over the egg whites with a plastic spatula.

Step 4: Stir. Pour the dough into your cake tin. Cook for 55 minutes. Then increase the oven temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, until well cooked. Then turn the mold over and let it cool. Then decorate with cream.
