If you have a slow cooker, you can cook this delicious chicken in about 25 minutes. It can be frozen and reheated when needed, so you can always have a quick lunch ready!
- Vegetable oil: 1 tbsp
- Chopped yellow onion: 1 number
- Garlic: Four cloves
- green Cumin : 1 teaspoon
- Puneh Koohi: 1 teaspoon
- Chicken breast: 1100 g
- Salsa Verde: 450 g

- Chopped radish: 8 pcs
Set the slow cooker to medium.
Add vegetable oil.
Add the onions and cook for 3 minutes, until the onions start to soften.
Add the garlic and stir for another minute.
Add cumin and oregano and fry for another minute.
Pour half a cup of salsa into the pot. Add the chicken breasts and pour the remaining salsa over the chicken.
Put on a slow cooker lid and set it to manual mode. Set the timer for 10 minutes.
Let the slow cooker release the pressure on its own. When done, separate the chicken from the pot and chop the chicken with a fork.
Return the chicken to the pot and stir to combine.
Pour the food into a bowl or use it for a sandwich.
