Chiken Stroganoff is a Russian food consisting of slices of chicken with cream. After the invention of this food in Russia in the 19th century, it became popular in many countries.

- Chicken breast: 2 pcs
- Mushrooms: 8 to 10 pcs

- Milk: 1 cup

How to make Chicken Stroganoff:
Chop the chicken breast first, then taste with salt and black pepper. Now fry the mushrooms in a little oil to steam them, then remove from the pan and set aside. At this point, chop the onion and fry in oil until golden. Now add a tablespoon of butter to the onion and fry the chicken when the butter has melted and fry again. When the chicken is slightly fried and soft, add the rest of the butter and stir then lightly heat and sprinkle two or three tablespoons of flour over the chicken and fry until the raw smell of flour. In this step add a little milk and stir to combine with the ingredients and add the mushrooms when the sauce is slightly thickened. Finally add the cream and mix, then turn off the heat and serve with chips or fried potatoes.
