We often refer to salads as appetizers, like Greek salads, but some salads are food in nature. Chicken salad sandwich is a delicious combination that is cooked from chicken breast and a special sauce is prepared. To prepare chicken salad, first the chicken is cooked with sour lemon and tarragon, and while cooking with these ingredients, the smell of zham disappears and the chicken becomes slightly flavored. The chicken is then dipped in a special sauce. Chicken salad dressing is made from mayonnaise, mustard and chopped vegetables, which together form a delicious and fragrant seasoning.

- Halved chicken breast: 2 or 3 pieces
- Salt and pepper: as needed
- Sour lemon: 2 pcs
- Tarragon: 2 bunches and 1 tablespoon chopped
- Mayonnaise: 1/4 cup
- Mustard sauce: 1 tbsp
- Chopped red onion: 1/2 cup
- Chopped celery stalk: 1/4 cup
- Garlic: 1 clove
- Chopped parsley: 1 tbsp
First you have to cook the chicken breasts. Cut a sour lemon into four slices and pour it into the pot with the chicken and two bunches of tarragon. Then pour some water on them to cover one or two inches on the chicken. Place the pot on a medium flame to cook the chicken (about 45 minutes).
During this time, take 2 tablespoons of the remaining sour lemon juice and grate it as much as 1 teaspoon. Pour the lemon juice and grated peel into a large bowl. Chop tarragon, parsley, leek, celery and red onion and pour into a bowl with mayonnaise and mustard sauce. Grate the garlic and add to the contents of the bowl. Stir the ingredients with a spoon to mix them together. Refrigerate the sauce until the chicken is ready.
When the chicken is fully cooked, take it out of the pot and remove the skin and bones (discard the tarragon and lemon in the pot). Then cut the chicken into small cubes with a sharp knife.
