- Chopped carrots: 5 pcs
- Chopped onion: 3 pcs
- Chopped green pepper: 1 pc
- Crushed celery: 1 cup
- Chopped mushrooms: 1 measure
- Water: 5 cups
- Chicken breast: 1 number
- Olive oil: 3 tbsp
- Oatmeal: 5 tbsp

How to prepare:
Pour five cups of water into the pot and bring to a boil over medium heat. Rinse and clean the vegetables well, then chop to the desired size. Then in another pot, fry the mushrooms, onions, green peppers, carrots and celery in a little olive oil until they are slightly soft and not smell raw.
Then pour the roasted vegetables into the boiling water along with the flaked barley and chopped chicken breast, then add salt and pepper. Turn down the heat and let all the ingredients cook and bring the water to 1/3.
Cook the vegetables until they are soft but do not lose their texture. After cooking, pour the soup into a bowl and garnish with some fresh vegetables such as spinach and serve.(You can eat this soup in 2-3 meals).
Important Notes :
In preparing this soup, if you want, you can also use chicken juice for more flavor.
If you don’t like vegetables from this soup, you can remove it from the recipe, but it’s best to eat all the vegetables and don’t deprive yourself of their properties.
