Chicken And Fig Salad

Today we want to teach you a delicious salad. Chicken and fig salad, in addition to its special taste, has many nutrients that are good for our health.



  • Fat-free Greek yogurt: 1/4 cup
  • Olive oil: 1 tbsp
  • Garlic: 1 clove chopped
  • Lemon: 1 number water and skin
  • Salt and black pepper powder: To the extent necessary
  • Chicken thighs without bones and skin: 3 pieces
  • Green beans: 1 cup
  • Chopped goat cheese: 112 grams
  • Aromatic vegetables such as basil and tarragon: 4 tbsp
  • Ready salad mix: 6 cups
  • Dried figs: 1 half cup
  • Balsamic vinegar: 2 tbsp


How to prepare

Mix yogurt, 2 teaspoons of oil, garlic, lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper in a medium bowl.

Boil a bowl of water and set the grill to medium heat.

Sprinkle the remaining 1 teaspoon of oil, 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1.2 teaspoons of pepper over the chicken. Grill on each side for 10 to 12 minutes until well cooked. Put them on the kitchen board and let them rest for 5 minutes.

Add the beans to the boiling water and cook until soft, then rinse and set aside 1 cup of water. Mix the beans with half the goat cheese and 3 tablespoons of fragrant vegetables. Place the mixture evenly on 4 plates.

Cut the chicken and place on the beans. Sprinkle lemon zest and the remaining 1 tablespoon of fresh vegetables. Mix the salad vegetables, figs and vinegar together and place in 4 small salad bowls. Pour the leftover goat cheese over each one.Our salad is ready to serve.
