Avocados contain 60 percent more potassium than bananas, and are rich in vitamins such as P, C, K, E, D, B, and A. They are made up of more than 7 percent fatty acids and also contain amino acids. It is an antibiotic.
- Oakado: 1 pc
- Fresh lemon juice: two tablespoons
- Salt: To the extent necessary
- Freshly chopped pepper: To the extent necessary
- Butter: 1 tbsp
- Sliced bread: 2 pieces
- Sheet cheese: 2 sheets
How to prepare:
Mash in a small bowl of avocado and add lemon juice, salt and pepper. stir well.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
Dip one side of the bread in butter. Cover the other side with crushed avocado. Put cheese on it and cover the sandwich with the second bread.
Put the sandwiches in the pan and put it in it. After 4 minutes, turn the sandwiches over and wait for another 4 minutes until the cheese is completely melted and the two sides of the sandwich are golden-brown.
Serve the sandwiches in half.
