- Small cauliflower: 1 pc
- Tuna: 2 tbsp
- Green olives: 10 pcs
- Salted cucumber: 2 pcs
- Peas: 1 tbsp
- Bell pepper: 1/2 pc
- Vinegar: 1 tbsp
- Olive oil: 1 tbsp
How to prepare:
Chop the cauliflower, pour some water and salt into the pot and put it on the heat, and after it boils, add the chopped cauliflower and let it boil in salted water for 10 to 15 minutes.
Rinse the cauliflower well with cold water after this time and set aside to allow the excess water to drain.
Finely chop the bell peppers. Take the olive kernels. Chop the pickles into rings.
Mix chopped bell peppers, olives, pickles, roasted cauliflower, cooked peas and tuna. Pour the salad into a bowl and pour the vinegar and olive oil mixture over it. Our salad is ready to serve.
