Ingredients :
- Grated lemon peel: 1 tbsp
- Fresh lemon juice: 3 tbsp
- Fresh orange juice: 3 tbsp
- Cauliflower: 1 pc
- Pomegranate seeds: 1 cup
- Mint leaves: 1/2 cup
- Fresh parsley: 1/2 cup
- Onions: 2 tbsp
- Black seed: 1/4 cup
- Olive oil: 1/4 cup
- Salt: To the extent necessary
How to prepare:
Wash the cauliflower and chop into very small pieces. Finely chop the mint leaves, fresh parsley and onion.
In a grated bowl, combine lemon zest, lemon juice and orange juice. Add chopped cauliflower, pomegranate seeds, chopped mint, chopped parsley and onion.
Add black seed and olive oil to the salad and mix well. Season the salad with a little salt and then enjoy this delicious and colorful salad.
Tip: Instead of cauliflower, you can also use white cabbage.
