First, wash the cherries and take out the kernels and chop them into medium pieces. Pour half a glass of sugar and half a glass of water with the cherries in a pot and rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour. After this time, put the pot on the heat, after the ingredients boil for 15 minutes on medium heat and the cherries are soft, remove from the heat and set aside to cool.
Soften the butter at room temperature and beat with the eggs, sugar and vanilla with a mixer for 7 minutes until smooth. Then add lukewarm milk little by little and mix until smooth.
Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa powder together and sift them twice until they are completely light, sift the mixture little by little on the icing and mix gently with the lychee until the ingredients are well combined.
Grease the cake tin or greaseproof paper or sprinkle a little flour and pour the cake ingredients into it so that only half of the dish is full. Place the mold in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes to bake the cakes, after baking, take the cakes out of the oven and let them cool, then cut each cake in half from the middle Divide. After the cake and cream have cooled well, place a layer of cake on the work surface, brush some sour cherry juice on the cake, then apply some cream on the cake and spread well, and then some cherries. When cooked, place on the cream, as well as the layers on top of each other.
After all the layers of the cake are filled with cream and cherries, decorate the cake with the addition of cream, grate the chocolate bar and decorate the area around the cake with it and cherries. Place the cake in the refrigerator to cool well, then serve.
