- Lettuce: 1 pcs
- Toast: 3 or 4 pcs
- Olive Oil: 150 ml
- Parmesan cheese: 100 g
- White vinegar: 1 tbsp
- Eggs: 1 pcs
- Garlic: 2 cubes
- Lemon juice: 2 tbsp
- Westchester sauce: 2 tbsp
Wash and dry fresh lettuce leaves. Then chop the lettuce leaves and pour into a relatively large bowl.
Cut out the sides of the toast and cut into the middle of a square of 1cm.
Heat a little oil in the pan and fry the garlic. Then fry the toast slices in the oil to roast. Add breadcrumbs to chopped lettuce after cooling.
Grate Parmesan cheese and add to toast mixture.
Pour egg, white vinegar, salt, pepper and sauce into a pan and mix with a good electric mixer. After 5 minutes stirring, start adding olive oil and continue stirring until a thick sauce looks like mayonnaise.
