Butter Cookies

There are different types of cookies. The most famous are probably chocolate cookies and Butter Cookies. Butter Cookies are one of the delicious sweets.


Flour: 2 cups

Butter: 220 g

Eggs: 1 number

Sugar: 1 cup

Salt: half a teaspoon

Liquid Vanilla or bitter almond : 1/4 teaspoon

How to prepare:

Pour the softened butter at room temperature and sugar into a bowl and beat for 5 minutes. Then add the eggs and vanilla essence and beat well until smooth. Mix the flour and salt and gradually sift over the other ingredients with a spoon to get a soft dough.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, wrap the dough in a freezer bag, and rest in the freezer for 1 hour to allow the dough to cool and harden. After resting, open the dough to a thickness of 1 cm on the work surface and mold with a pastry mold.

Place greaseproof paper in the oven tray and place the dough at a distance from the tray, then place the tray in the preheated oven. Allow to cook for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown. After baking, take the tray out of the oven and Sweets Korean pastries cool well, then place in a bowl. (These cookies can be stored at room temperature for up to 10 days).
