Broccoli stew is one of the most delicious diet foods and you can use it if you want to lose weight.
- Broccoli: 400 grams
- Soy: 2 cup
- Large onion: 1 number
- Garlic: 4 pc
- Large carrots: 1 number
- Tomato paste: 2 tablespoons
- Oil: To the extent necessary

- Pepper and turmeric: To the extent necessary
How to prepare
First, soak the soy in some water and salt for 20 to 30 minutes, then drain it.
Pour some water and salt into a saucepan and put it on the heat to boil. Then put the broccoli in the pot and after a few boils, drain them and take them under cold water and then chop them.
Chop the onion and carrot, grate and chop. (Chop the carrots in any way you want)
