Bibimbap is another delicious Korean dish made of veal, rice and cooked vegetables that is mixed with oil and soy sauce and cooked in a Bowl of stone.
Ingredients for 4 people:
- Carrots: 2 small number
- White radish: 1 small number
- Zucchini: 1 small number
- Spinach: 1 batch
- Broccoli: 1 batch
- Dried mushrooms: 1 cup
- Beef fillet: 400 g
- Eggs (yolk only): 4 pcs
- Spicy Korean pasta
- Grated Garlic: 3 cubes
- Oil: 4 tablespoons
- Soy sauce: sufficient amount
- Salt and pepper: sufficient amount
- White rice cooked: 4 cups
- Small stone bowl: 4 pcs
Pour the rice into a pot and put on the gas. Allow the rice to boil for 20 minutes at high heat until cooked.
Cut the beef fillet into thin slices and mix with soy sauce, pepper, oil, garlic and a little sugar. Let the fillet turn red on the stove and turn golden. Now remove the fillets from the stove and set aside.
Bring the dried mushrooms under water to soften. Then combine them with oil, soy sauce, garlic and pepper.
Chop carrots, radishes and cabbage and set aside. Pour some oil into a frying pan and let it hot. Now pour the carrots with a little garlic, salt and pepper into the pan and then pour into a bowl.
Do the same with cabbage and horseradish Now set them aside.
At this point, picking up a bowl and pour some water into it and then pour the spinach into it and allow it to soak for 15 seconds in the water and cook until soft, repeat with broccoli and wheat germ. Mix and set aside with ginger, garlic and oil.
Pour some oil into each stone bowl. Divide the rice between these 4 bowls evenly. Then place the vegetables on the rice and pour some pasta Korean over the rice and place egg yolks in the middle of the bowls. And the most important taste of this dish is pepper sauce along with egg yolks. Now add some oil to the contents of the bowl again.
Put the stone bowls on the stove over high heat to cook for 5 minutes. At this point your meal is ready; turn off the oven and serve.
