Berry Crumble With Ice Cream

Cranberry berry recipe with ice cream is one of the easiest dishes you can prepare for breakfast or even dessert. It does not take more than 10 minutes to prepare everything and put it in the oven.

The recipe is very easy, you can even use a bowl to prepare it. First, mix the chateaux with some sugar and cornstarch and spread it on the baking dish. Then, in the same bowl, combine the dry ingredients with the melted butter and spread on the berry mixture. You can use this recipe for any other seasonal fruit.


  • Oats: 1 cup (100 g)
  • Flour: 1 cup (125 g)
  • Brown sugar: 1 cup (100 g)
  • Cinnamon powder: 1/2 teaspoon (2 g)
  • Salt: 1/2 teaspoon (2 g)
  • Walnuts: 1/2 cup (50 g)
  • Melted butter: 1/2 cup (110 g)

Shatoot mix

  • Berries: 550 grams
  • Grated lemon peel: 1 pc
  • Cornstarch: 1/4 cup (30 g)
  • Sugar: 2 tablespoons (30 g)
  • Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons (30 ml)


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius). Lightly grease baking dish with butter. In a large bowl, add the chard (mixed blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, and raspberries), but you can use one type of berry. Add sugar, cornstarch, lemon peel and lemon juice. Shake to mix.

Spread the berry mixture evenly on the bottom of the prepared baking dish. In a large bowl, combine oatmeal with flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Stir in the walnuts if used. Add the melted butter and stir until completely moistened and pelleted. Spread this mixture on the berry mixture. Cook it for 40-45 minutes until it bubbles and turns golden brown. Serve with ice cream or hot yogurt.
