Beef Stroganoff is a tasty Russian food that, because of its high calorie intake, we should be careful about eating it because meat, potatoes and cream can be a problem for some.
- Veal: 500 g
- Medium onion: 3 pc
- Potatoes: 1kg
- Mushroom: 200 g
- Cream: 200 g
- Flour: One tablespoon
- Salt and pepper: to the extent necessary
- Frying oil: To the extent necessary
First chop the onions and fry in a little oil. Chop the mushrooms and pour in the onions. Note that after adding the mushrooms, the heat should not be low. When the mushroom juice has evaporated, add the flour and fry. Now pour half a glass of water into the onion and mushrooms and leave in the pan to cook slowly.
Slice the meat after washing. Pour some oil into the pan and pour the meat into the pan and fry. The heat should still be high, but stir the meat regularly. When the meat color changes, remove the flesh from the flame and pour in the onion and mushrooms.
Add salt and pepper. If at this point you find the meat is not cooked, pour some water into the pan and let it boil for a few minutes and cook the meat well. At the end add the cream and mix. After cooking, your food is ready. Now it’s the potatoes. Slice the potatoes into thin slices long after they are washed. Pour them into cold water and pour them into the drain after a few minutes and, after the water is drawn, spread them on a clean towel to remove all the water.
Now pour in the oil pan and let it Hot. Then fry the potatoes in a few steps in the oil. Note that the heat should not be too low at this stage. When you pour the potatoes in the oil, do not stir them, as this will crush the potatoes. Fry the potatoes in a frying pan and pour the fried potatoes around and serve.
