These simple, healthy meat dishes are great for a quick meal if you have access to a gas stove. You can cook them in less than 20 minutes from the time you decide to start cooking.
- Beef: 450 g
- Medium red onion: 1 pc
- Red bell peppers: 1 pc
- Yellow bell peppers: 1 pc
- Cumin: Half a teaspoon
- Chili Pepper: Half a teaspoon
- Oil: To the extent necessary
- Salt: To the extent necessary
- Pepper: To the extent necessary
- Half a lemon juice
- Chopped coriander:To the extent necessary
- Avocado: 1 pc
Heat a medium heat cast iron Frying pan.
Wash the bell peppers and then cut them into long strips half an inch thick and set aside.
Chop the red onion and set aside.
Now that the Frying pan is hot, add a drop of oil. When the oil is hot, add the thin strips of meat in groups of 2-3. Make sure these pieces do not stick together. Pour the salt and pepper generously into the Frying pan.
Cook on each side for about 1 minute, then remove and place on a plate and keep warm.
Add chopped onion and bell pepper to the remaining meat extract. Roast them with cumin powder and red pepper powder until the desired consistency is achieved. If you want your vegetables to be softer, you need to fry a little more.
Serve with an avocado, lemon juice and a sweet pepper.
