- Warm milk: 2 glasses
- Flour: 3 cups
- Lukewarm water: half a glass
- Instant dry dough: 1 envelope
- Sugar: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: 1 tablespoon jam
- Liquid oil: 80 g
Pour some flour into a bowl and pour about 2.5 cups of sourdough and salt on the flour.
Now open the middle of the flour like a pond and pour the remaining ingredients in the middle of the flour. Take the flour from the sides and mix it with the ingredients and knead it.
If the dough was soft, add the rest of the flour little by little and knead until a soft dough is obtained that does not stick to the hands. Cover the dough and rest in a warm place for an hour.
After this time, remove the dough and cut it into large pieces and open it on the table sprinkled with flour to a thickness of one centimeter.
Now cut it with a glass or other mold. After cutting, cook upside down in a hot, non-greasy non-stick frying pan. After baking, you can spread butter on it.
