Ingredients :

  1. Barley flour: 200 grams
  2. Butter: 130 grams
  3. Wheat bran: 50 grams
  4. Powdered sugar: 50 grams
  5. Grape or date juice: 3 tablespoons
  6. Milk: 3 tablespoons
  7. Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
  8. Vanilla: 1/4 teaspoon
  9. Salt: The tip of a teaspoon

Recipes :

First, mix barley flour, bran, baking powder, salt and vanilla and sift and if there is a large grain between them, take it.

Remove the cold butter from the refrigerator and chop it into smaller pieces and add to the above mixture and mix well with an electric mixer or food processor until smooth, then add the grape juice and milk, respectively, and add a few pulses each. You do.

After half an hour, open the dough between two nixels to a diameter of half a mile and make a hole in the dough with a fork and cut it with the desired cutter and put it in the oven tray where we put greaseproof paper and in the oven at 180 degrees. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, after which time remove from the oven and separate from the greaseproof paper.
