Bar Strawberries And Bananas

To prepare the strawberry and banana bar, first the main  and mixed very well in a food processor and then baked in the oven. Then a layer of strawberry jam is poured over the bar. Finally, the roasted walnuts and coconut powder are poured on the jam and baked in the oven again for 5 minutes. You can have a strawberry and banana bar with tea, coffee or milk for breakfast and stay energetic and cheerful until lunch.

Ingredients for bar strawberries and bananas for breakfast

  • Chopped walnuts: 1 and 1/2 cups
  • Coconut powder: 1 and 1/2 cups
  • Ripe bananas: 2 pieces
  • Vanilla: 1 tsp
  • Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Strawberry jam: To the extent necessary

Preparation method:

First of all, turn on the oven at 175 degrees Celsius to heat. Draw greaseproof paper into a loaf pan. Pour 1 cup of walnuts and 1 cup of coconut powder into the food processor. Pulse until crushed and mixed. Chop the bananas and put them in the food processor with vanilla and salt. Pulse again to mix the ingredients well. Then pour the prepared dough into the mold and smooth its surface with lychee. Put in the oven for 25 minutes to cook. Mix banana and strawberry ingredients

During this time, pour the remaining coconut powder into a pan and place on a medium flame. Roast until slightly browned and stir frequently. Then remove from the heat and mix with half a cup of chopped walnuts.

When you take the mold out of the oven, apply a thin layer of strawberry jam on it. Roast coconut powder mixture and sprinkle walnuts on it. Put in the oven for another 5-10 minutes until golden.

Allow to cool completely, then cut into rectangles to prepare the strawberry and banana bar for breakfast. Refrigerate for at least half an hour before serving.
