Banana bread is one of the most delicious and nutritious diet breads and is very important for people who want to lose weight.
- Bananas: 3 medium (make sure the bananas are brown and soft)
- Oatmeal: Two and a half cups
- Peanut butter: 1/4 cup
- Flaxseed or chia seeds: 2 tablespoons + 6 tablespoons water
- Baking Powder: 1 tbsp
- Apple cider vinegar: 1 tsp
- Vanilla extract: 1 tsp
- Salt: 1/2 teaspoons
How to prepare:
Preheat the oven to 180. C.
In a small bowl, mix the flaxseed or chia seeds with six tablespoons of water to form an egg. Then mix well and set aside for 5 to 10 minutes.
Pour two ounces of oatmeal into the mill for 45 to 60 seconds until it forms a flour. Pour the resulting flour into a medium bowl, then the baking powder, 1/2 cup of the remaining two feathers, add the salt and mix.
Put the bananas in another large bowl and mash with a fork to get the same shape and juiciness. Add the peanut butter, apple cider vinegar, vanilla extract, flaxseed or chia seeds to the bowl and mix well to spread all the ingredients evenly.
Pour the dough on greaseproof paper or bread tin and flatten the dough with a spatula. Place in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 60 to 70 minutes until golden brown. You can dip a toothpick into the bread to make sure it is cooked. If you see that the toothpick is clean after removing it, know that the bread is baked. Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the dish for 10 minutes. Then take the bread out of the pan and let it cool completely before cutting.
