  7. Garlic: 4 cloves
  8. Fresh or dried ginger: 1 teaspoon
  9. Parsley: 3 tablespoons
  10. Salt and black pepper and turmeric and red pepper and curry powder: as needed

Fry both sides of the Arabic cutlet in hot oil, then pour it on an oiled napkin to remove the excess oil, then heat the Arabic cutlet. Serve with bread.
