First, chop the onion and garlic and put them in a suitable pan and fry them with oil until golden. When it reaches this stage, add ginger, salt, pepper and turmeric and add the minced meat until the aroma is spicy. Roast until the meat rises and changes color.
Remove the prepared meat ingredients from the heat and add the chopped vegetables and mix well.
At this stage, cut the yufka bread or dough into long and narrow rectangles and put a spoonful of the cooled meat ingredients on one side of the dough and wrap it in a triangle until the end of the bread, all the samosas in the same way. Wrap. (You can also wrap samosas in rolls)
Pour oil into a pan with a high wall and allow it to heat completely, then put the samosas in hot oil and fry both sides of the samosas completely. When they are golden, take them out of the oil and put them on an oiled napkin to return the excess oil.
