Roulette is a type of sweet that has many fans in different countries and is prepared in different ways and tastes. Today we want to teach you a delicious roulette.

Ingredients for the inside of the roulette:

  • Grated apples: 1 pc
  • Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar : 1 cup
  • Powdered walnuts: 1 cup

Roulette Ingredients:

  • Flour: 1 gram
  • Sugar: 1 gram
  • Baking powder: 1 gram
  • Eggs: 1 pc
  • Salt: 1 gram


To make apple roulette, add the apples to the frying pan. When it starts to boil, add the sugar and cook for 2 minutes, then add the walnuts and cinnamon. Turn off the mixture.

Then put the bottom of the mold on greaseproof paper, spread the apple ingredients on the bottom of the paper well and then set it aside. Then we go to making roulette

To do this, separate the yolks and whites, then beat the yolks with salt and 4 grams of sugar until white and stretched.

Then beat the egg whites until slightly puffed. Add the rest of the sugar to the egg whites in three steps until it peaks until it forms and you bring the mixer blade.

Now add the yolk to the egg white and mix it with the lychee in a circular motion and patiently.

Then sift the flour, vanilla and baking powder three times and add to the ingredients, mixing again periodically.

Then pour the yeast and smooth it well on the apples. Then put it in a preheated oven at 3 degrees for 2 to 3 minutes.

After baking, put it on a parchment paper cake, turn it over a quarter of an hour later, remove the paper and roll the paper over the apples, and wrap the paper around it again. Give it an hour, then cut it and serve.
