- Tortellini pasta (Fermi pasta): 450 g

Pour the pasta in a pan and pour half of the prepared sauce on it.
Then put it on the heat and mix them thoroughly.
Once the mixture is hot and the sauce is well eaten pasta, put it on a plate and pour the rest of the sauce on them.
Grate a little cheese on each plate and garnish with basil leaves and serve.
