Ingredients :

  1. Warm milk: 125 ml
  2. Yogurt: 60 grams
  3. Eggs: 1 piece
  4. Liquid oil: 20 ml
  5. Dough powder: 5 grams
  6. White flour: 350 grams
  7. Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Vanilla: The tip of a teaspoon

Ingredients for preparing Achma bread filling with flour and walnuts

  1. Walnuts: 100 grams
  2. ground sesame : 70 grams
  3. Sugar: 100 grams
  4. Butter: 50 grams

Preparation method:

First, pour the lukewarm milk into a bowl or tall glass and add the sourdough and sugar to it and stir until the ingredients are well mixed. Be sure to consider the temperature of the milk lukewarm so that the sourdough works on the bowl or glass for 10 minutes. Cover for a minute until the dough foams and takes on volume.

In a large bowl, break the egg and beat with a hand mixer until it comes out of the clot, then add yogurt, liquid oil, vanilla and salt and stir, then add the batter and stir in the flour Sift.

Gradually pour the flour into the ingredients to form a dough, then knead the ingredients well for 10 minutes until soft and fluffy, then place in a bowl and cover the dough and place in a relatively warm place for 1 hour. Give the dough volume.

In a bowl, pour the ground walnuts with the flour, melted butter and sugar and mix well until smooth.

After the dough has taken on volume, take the puff and divide it into 4 equal parts, then open each piece with a rolling pin and cut it into a 23 cm circle with the help of a physical object, and rub the ground walnut material on each cut and Put all the circles on top of each other and make horizontal cuts on the dough with a knife.

Put greaseproof paper in a circular dish with a diameter of 23 cm and lightly grease the bottom of the dish, then top and screw the dough pieces and roll the dough together in a roll until all the dough is done, then put the dough again Put on a napkin and rest for 25 minutes until the dough thickens.

Cover the achma bread dough with egg yolk and saffron and place the bread in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 30 minutes to bake the bread. At the end of baking, you can grill the dough until the bread surface Be golden.
